Yoga, Meditation & Sound Bath with Zoe

In Aid of Mental Health Awareness Week…

A lot of us may be feeling stressed and anxious at the moment due to upcoming exams, work, or just the general state of the world

So to bring a little relief, we are holding two wonderful yoga, meditation, and sound bath sessions, hosted by our very own Zoe.

Please join us for some lighthearted and mindful movement on:

Wednesday 17th May, 5.30pm (via Zoom)

And for a playful yoga practice followed by a soothing sound bath and optional coffee social on:

Saturday 20th May, 10.30am at Coffee Ground Roasters


These sessions are open to all abilities, even if you’ve never tried yoga or meditation before!
