Autumnal Workshop

Autumn can be a time of heightened "get back to school" energy but it also means shorter darker days, final harvesting and more time indoors.

Navigating this conflict between the expectation to be "doing" when our bodies and nature are naturally slowing down can be confusing and challenging for our energy and wellbeing.

Join us as we explore how connecting with nature can help us transition between seasons and improve our well-being.

The workshop will be a fun and creative session including yoga, meditation, journalling, playing in the sand and optional sea dipping.
